Life is a journey, one you take slowly at times, and sometimes with a tad bit more momentum. The beauty of this journey is found in the stories that surround you. The people that you meet and the memories that you make. I don't try to avoid the unavoidable, and I don't try to predict the unpredictable. I don't make plans , but find my guidance from above, and the people I love.
Everybody has a story, Everybody has a tale, if we put our stories together than we can never fail.

As some of you know, I am currently a crossroads in my career. As uncomfortable and uncertain as this may be, there is also something so clear about the next step. It is intrinsically driven and affirming to have a moment in your life of stumbling that you come into yourself, and know that the road ahead is a welcome obstacle. I find myself walking in familiar circles with a different intention. I find myself looking at the world with a thoughtful lens.I find myself awake at night inspired by possibility. It’s been awhile.
I was in a recent conversation with a colleague about the concept of “faking it, until you make it.” We chuckled about how much of our early careers were built on this concept of if I believe I can do it, then I can, then I paused for a second, and found myself saying, “It’s a welcome moment when you come into yourself, and you just know that you can, and you don’t have to fake it anymore, sure there will be challenges, but something has been built in you to face them, something about them inspires you.” I found as I was saying these things to her, I was welcoming them in myself. It was a beautiful surprise.
